Integrity is a virtue that is most important to us. Integrity doesn't just apply to others but more importantly to ourselves. In order for us to exercise integrity with others we must first have personal integrity.

Professionalism must be applied inside and outside the office. Self education and designation are encouraged. Proper business appearance is expected.

Productivity ties in with professionalism. If any agent doesn't produce on a consistent basis then they are not sharp and are not able to protect and properly give advise to their clientele.

Finally Financial Responsibility is important. We expect our agents to pay their bills and to pay others in a timely fashion. We have 3 strikes and you are out value's policy. Any agent who violates these values on a consistent basis will be asked to leave.
